Process Engineering Ltd has established this Policy regarding the quality, occupational health and safety and the environmental management of its activities.

The Policy refers to the following services of the company:

• Development of Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems,
• Occupational Health and Safety consultancy (ExYPP),
• Training in Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety,
• Execution of occupational health & safety measurements.

The Policy is part of the Integrated Management System, adopted by PROCESS ENGINEERING, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Through the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System, the Management of the company is committed to:

• Comply with the legal and other requirements to which the company is subject and which are related to the implementation of its services, the environmental impacts and the occupational health and safety risks,
• Comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System that it implements and the continuous improvement of the system,
• Fully satisfy the requirements of the customers by providing services that meet their requirements and expectations,
• Focus on the training of employees and associates in order to fully respond to developments in the company's areas of activity and market needs,
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the protection of employees and others involved in its operation from work injuries and illnesses,
• Implement actions to eliminate risks and reduce the risk of occupational health and safety,
• Encourage and enhance employee participation and consultation,
• Provide the required resources for the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System,
• Set practical and measurable objectives for quality, health and safety and the environment at all levels. These objectives are assessed in terms of the degree to which they are achieved by the Management,
• Implement good environmental practices in its activities to achieve effective environmental protection including prevention or/and reduction of pollution,
• Re-evaluate at regular intervals the efficiency and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, as well as the suitability of this policy to be in line with the company's operating framework.

The Policy is communicated to all employees and is available to the stakeholders as an indication of the company's commitments.

The Management of PROCESS ENGINEERING has the responsibility to ensure that its policy and principles are both understandable and applicable at all levels of the company's operations.
