Process Engineering understands that the protection of your personal data is extremely important and is committed to showing respect for your privacy and ensuring your personal data.

This Personal Data Protection Policy describes how Process Engineering or "we" or "our" or Company collects your personal data, how they are used or/and possibly notified to third parties by the Company thereof, as well as the measures received by the Company for the protection and preservation of such data.

1.2 The processing of your personal data concerns the collection, registration, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, retrieval, search of information, use, dissemination, correlation, combination, restriction, deletion and destruction of Personal Data, performed in personal data or in personal data sets, with or without the use of automated means.

1.3 The Company ensures that the data it maintains is accurate and up-to-date, seeking for this purpose the assistance of the data subjects, i.e. the individuals to whom this data relates, also stores the data for as long as necessary for the implementation of the specific purposes.

2. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1 Your personal data will be used in the context and for the needs of service and management of our cooperation, mainly for the fulfillment of obligations under the contractual requirements or/and the obligations of Process Engineering or for the legal business purposes of the Company.

2.2 Personal data that may be processed are related and relevant to a specific processing purpose. For our part, we will always try to limit the use of your personal data to what is necessary.

2.3 Personal data may be used for the stated indicative purposes:
  • Cooperation Management and monitoring, including monitoring of any money transactions.
  • To improve the operation of our company as well as our communication with you.

3. LAWFULNESS OF PROCESSING

The processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned above. Unless otherwise specified in the collection of personal data, the lawful for their processing is one of the following:

  1. processing is necessary to perform the contractual relationship with you (Article 6 (1) (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679),
  2. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company (Article 6 (1) (e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679),
  3. you have given consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
4. RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS

4.1 Your personal data will only be available to authorized Process Engineering employees.

4.2 The Company does not entrust the processing of personal data to third parties (executors of the processing).

4.2 The Company may transmit personal data to third parties, such as judicial, administrative, tax or other public authorities, regulators and lawyers, for legal compliance or for the establishment, exercise or defense of its legal claims if necessary.

4.3 In these cases, we ensure through contractual terms and regular checks that, when they have access to personal data, adequate legislation is in place to protect them thereof.

5. DATA RETENTION

The Company will store your personal data for as long as is required to meet the objectives described in this Policy unless applicable law demands or allows for a longer period. The criteria governing the determination of retaining duration of the data include: (a) as long as the contractual relationship between us lasts, (b) as long as it is required for the Company to comply with a legal obligation borne by it.

Personal data that is not necessary for the above purposes will be safely destroyed.

You may exercise the following rights under the conditions and within the limits set by law:
  • the right of access to personal data, their correction or deletion or restriction of data processing, portability,
  • the right to oppose or withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to such revocation,
  • the right to lodge a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority,
